The Shift, External vs. Internal Validation, Sovereignty & God Within

Overwhelming is an understatement. I know you've been feeling it. The shift occurred months ago. You don't resonate with much anymore. You don't resonate with the "try hard" anymore. With many people in the "spiritual" community even who are supposed to be at your "frequency." You just don't care. You don't resonate with social media at its core. Normal media invokes a "throwing up in mouth" nervous system response. And the simple concept of opening a social media platform to look at "others" is like a thorn in the side of your soul. Cringe to your consciousness. It's difficult to even click on more than one or two people or posts. The stimulus doesn't stimulate. It's empty. Hollow. Flat. Fulfillment sparse. You're not wrong, nor empty. You've evolved. You love yourself 10x more than you ever did. You know your worth. Your boundaries. And you can't betray the sovereignty of your soul. Nothing outside can fulfil the within. You've replaced external validation with internal sovereignty. Heart rate over click bait. And there is no going back...
You're overstimulated as your senses have heightened. And you quite literally don't care to find satisfaction from looking at others, or "things". Especially on social media, nor desire to risk dark energies accessing your field. You don't desire to numb your consciousness any longer. You're becoming. You're embodying. You crave real human connection. You're expanding, not dwindling. Expansion doesn't come from social media posts "outside" self. It comes from internal knowing of the truth of your soul, and boundaries embodied. And no amount of change to the social media platforms that maintain primary dominance from picture driven unconscious narcissistic tendencies will rectify the matter. And you crave deeper connection. Not the fad of click bait. Newsflash, social media is not real life. Not real life in the depth of emotional connection that our human species truly needs. Most of it thrives off the unconscious trauma patterns humanity revels in. It thrives off pseudo, narcissistic unconscious engagement that masks many realities throughout the emotional spectrum; primarily dominated by "good" experiences of others and harvested via a subconscious default for external validation that never validates, and masquerades the internal. Why? Because the root of the validation is perpetually looking "outside" of self on these platforms. The second you open it. Your subconscious and unconscious mind goes "outside". I know you can feel it. If you're that attuned you can literally feel your energy go elsewhere. And by the time you can even take a breath to pause at what you're doing you're already 30 posts deep in unconscious scrolling that hypnotized your inner compass to distort your energetic field. On top of that you just picked up 50 random strangers' energetic signatures in their fields to whom you know nothing of. And that's just the beginning, you're not wrong, you've never been more right. And our species thrives off authentic human connection, not faux emotional realities that are not our own and harvest consciousness. This shift mirrors the collective macro of looking outside the self to a higher power of God, to looking completely within for that eternal God spark that never left, just temporarily forgotten. The external illusion welcomes you, as the internal begs you not to leave. Welcome to the fight for your souls' sovereignty, stay awhile why don't ya...
I'm not sure about you, but I've never been a fan of endless scrolling on social media. Or social media much in general. I deleted Facebook after college in 2010 and didn't download it again until 2025. Instagram was also used sparingly until 2022 to connect with more like minded folks, but even then I grew a distaste from the frequencies of the platform. And now, it's 2026, and the evolution of consciousness within has reached a whole level of disgust with it all. Why? Is it disgust? Or just over sensitivity to too much mind controlled stimulation of what isn't mine? Well, that all pertains to expansion of consciousness, intuition, and feeling/reading energy; and a simple concept of looking outside the self versus inside the self, and where God lies in it all.
See, us humans are bombarded with frequencies all day from technology and the cosmos. Other humans don't help either. Especially if you're any bit an intuitive empath and pick up on frequencies. And the deliberate frame of how social media has developed into short story, quick click everything, I'm convinced how fast it's evolved is not natural or beneficial to humanities' nervous system and threatens to rot our brains into extinction. Why? Because the unconscious scrolling and subconscious hooks to keep out of the present moment of BEING is literally rewiring our brains to always look outside the self for meaning and validation. On top of that, these platforms have created an indirect funnel of narcissistic behavior from people who aren't narcissists. How many of you go through Instagram and watch more than 5 minutes of any one person talk about something? How many other people do you do that with? And is the information you're consciously consuming of actual benefit to you or is it numbing your brain and your time? Most likely the latter. I'm not saying I haven't done it myself. That's the reason I'm here. To shine light on anyone who needs it who is going through their own self discovery process and realizing the sensitivity to your energetic field when you place your consciousness on something outside the self like such. Because what I have found is that the more you hone in on the truth of who you are and your divine god spark within, the more resistance you have to looking at ANYTHING outside the self. That means you have such a conscious awareness of your emotions and feelings and intuition to energy fields that you don't even want to risk putting your conscious attention on others who don't value their own energy and peace. Nor have the ability to understand energetic fields and frequency, and damn well have never gotten energetic clearing work done. Think of that, the second you randomly scroll through some stranger you risk taking on what is in their energetic field if you're not aware of that kind of thing. The simple engagement of consciousness onto another via social media outlets and technology acts as a portal where energies that don't serve you can potentially violate your own energetic boundaries. In addition to that there are way too many unsovereign souls on this planet and AI riddled in fields. It can all leave you distorted and ungrounded at the snap of a finger. I speak from experience. From being attacked via literal comment engagement that I didn't suspect. When that level of awareness is reached, boundaries become everything. And as a species, especially those of us who are more aware of that stuff, the sovereignty of our souls and energetic fields is primary over everything.
To break it down one layer further for your psyche - pointing the finger at Instagram for this one - the platform ITSELF is the NARCISSIST. It's how it's designed. It doesn't honor your boundaries. It feeds your preference on a platter. It thrives off perpetual validation harvesting which doesn't care for your actual emotions. It feels no remorse for your endless scrolling. And certainly doesn't miss you when you're gone. The second you click the search icon it shows you 20+ screens of random algorithmic chaos. At least Facebook and YouTube have somewhat of boundaries set with shorts and whether to click on something or not, but even they seek to numb you with scrolling. The irony in it all is that it's a female dominated platform. Men wouldn't be on it without women. But women are right brain non linear picture dominated compared to linear left brain analytical men. And it's not hard to get right brain emotional validation as a woman on a platform like such. The irony comes in the platform embodying the narcissistic personality in form to its very core. And the amount of women out there who complain about narcissists at some point in their life is probably too many to count, yet they are in DEEP with one EVERY SINGLE DAY that's not even human. And often temporarily mirrors and fills their own emotional voids they can never fulfill or heal outside it. To speculate further, I'm sure there are many men who can agree that the feminine's relationship to the platform is much more corrosive than the masculine's. It's quite literally harvesting the feminine's true power and alchemy. It's as powerful siphoning the magic of the feminine as pornography is to the masculine. Perpetual validation harvesting that numbs the brain, life force, and the empty fulfillment never ends. Even worse, it's turning the feminine into narcissists if not checked. I'm sure there are more than a few men out there who even feel "less then" in their relationship due to it. Meaning, they feel the very platform itself is more of a boyfriend or husband than they are. It gives the female more attention validation than he ever can. And men certainly don't need another way to be emasculated on top of what the feminist movement has done. And that's a f****** problem. So, for the ones who strive to regulate their nervous systems and emotions daily I ask this of you: Do these platforms provide and put me in a place of joy in my present moment while scrolling? Do I feel any emotions while scrolling? How many emotions do I feel? Can I feel my energy go outside myself? How do I feel when I close it after scrolling? How do I feel after likes and views of pictures? Versus likes and views of substantive words? Do I fall into comparison, take myself out of the present, and rob myself of my state of joy? Little by little, emotionally dissecting your psyche and what is valuable or not assists in reclaiming complete sovereignty of your energy and soul, and the joy of presence of what you truly are…
Spiritual bypassing is a thing for sure, but I'm taking it to a whole other level to encompass all of humanity and just label it "emotional bypassing." Because let's face it, how many people on the planet out of the billions actually know how to actively work through their emotions they feel at a healthy level that leads to peace and regulation of their nervous system? And energy fields? Not many I'd bet. In fact, I'd argue the impact of social media is having a net negative upon the collective's consciousness in basic human connection and emotional regulation. And it's because meaningful human connection is meant to be deep, in person, timely, and considerate of one another. Where people actually listen at the depths of their core to another human. Hold space, and witness. Instead, we have a society that is plagued by everything being a short fix, quick yes, no, disregard, and move on. That doesn't mean let someone walk over boundaries you set if longer engagements are attempted. We all have our own shit to do and handle. But on a macro level, the persistent looking outside the self, conscious attention elsewhere, for hours a day is not a net win. Especially if we are to remember who we are in the eyes of God, within.
That leads me to an even more complex, and final issue on this planet, that will be coming to a head very soon as the existence of extra terrestrial species is mainstream validated. And that is the idea that god is outside the self. The Christ light is within you. The light of God is within you. It was never outside you. All your emotions are reflections of God, even the judgement you put on yourself that isn't even judged by God. It is held in grace and peace knowing you're playing a temporary illusory game of amnesia in a dense 3D reality. And in innerstanding that God spark within also brings an understanding that every fractal in every other human is also that of God. Again, that doesn't mean you don't set fir
m boundaries with humans. But it does mean that you observe the play without judgement, knowing at some point of creation in this universal time matrix your soul played that exact same role and part in this grand scheme on Earth. You've done it all. The villain. The hero. The sufferer. The martyr. The warrior. The seer. The emperor. The dictator. All to remember that all of that is a part of God. And the only thing that separates yourself from that of God is the illusion itself. The manipulation. Which is what you signed up for, old soul. To remember the truth of God within. Through all the religions, the wars, the famine, the pain - they all existed for you to remember the god spark of you. The infinite presence of love within your heart. What we truly only have ever had. No past, no future, just the heart now. And that you never really existed outside of that Godspark no matter how dark the days got. And that's it. No matter how deep of a slumber humanity allows itself to succumb to in forgetting through the distractions of the media, social media, religion, and technology, our species will always have a primal instinct to revert back to connection to our hearts within eachother. It's what feeds us life, and quite literally keeps us alive. Yes, technology has advanced us in many ways, but the argument that we have evolved too quickly for our own good within its layers of emotional and energetic manipulation is something to debate upon. And your craving for human connection at its core will never leave your soul, no matter how technologically advanced our species gets, for the light of God will never leave you, as it never has. And in the grand scheme of illusion and linearity of human time, our species will always revert back to the power and truth within our hearts that makes our soul hum, in the timeless perfection it's always been. God bless your heart, and the truth of your soul. Blessings and Namaste.
